Hello captains,

The following explains what each button and switch does for the PMDG 777. It is by no means a complete profile and only intended to help you get off the ground and flying. Feel free to create your own profile to suit your needs. To make this profile work make sure both SimConnect and PMDG-Support are enabled in SPAD.neXt. Switch Panel

  Engine Dial
  OFF = Overhead Engine Start = Norm + Pedestal Fuel Control Engine 1 And 2 Off
  R = Over head Right Engine start.
  L = Overhead Left Engine Start
  BOTH/ALL = Pedestal Fuel Control Engine 1 Start
  Start = Pedestal Fuel Control Engine 2 Start

  Switches
  Master Bat = Master Battery ON/OFF
  Master ALT = APU Gen Switch ON/OFF + APU Start/OFF
  Avionics Master = ADIRU ON/OFF
  Fuel Pump = Fuel Pumps (ALL) ON/OFF
  DE Ice = Both Engines Anti Ice ON/OFF
  Pilot Heat = Runway Turn Off Left and Right ON/OFF
  Cowl = Wing Lights ON/OFF
  Panel Lights = Logo Lights (the ones on the tail) ON/OFF
  Beacon = Beacon Lights ON/OFF
  Nav = Navigation Lights ON/OFF
  Strobe = Strobe Lights ON/OFF
  Taxi = Taxi Lights ON/OFF
  Landing = Landing lights ON/OFF
  Gear Lever = GEAR UP/DOWN 

Multi Panel

  AP = Auto Pilot L/R ON/OFF
  HDG = LNAV/VNAV ON/OFF
  APR = LOC Switch ON
  NAV = Flight Director ON/OFF
  REV = APP Switch ON
  IAS = (short click) TO/GA (long click, hold for 3 seconds) Speed Push Switch
  ALT = (short click) Altitude Push Switch (long click, hold for 3 seconds) Altitude Hold Switch
  VS = (short click) VS FPA switch (long click, hold for 3 seconds) VS Switch
  Auto Throttle = Auto Throttle ON/OFF
  ALT/VS/IAS/HDG Dial = Switching between ALT/VS/IAS/HDG
  Silver Rotary Knob Next to Main Display = Changing ALT/VS/IAS/HDG.
  Flaps = (short click) Flaps Up/Down One Notch (long click, hold for 3 seconds) UP = Flaps Full Retract / Down = Flaps Full Deploy
  Pitch Trim = Pitch Up/Down 

RADIO PANEL

  COM1/COM2/NAV2/NAV2/ADF/DME configured as expected.
  XPDR = Left display Barometric Pressure (mBar) Right Display Transponder
  (Short click) Move Transponder Digit Marker (long click) Set barometric standard pressure

Note For the frequencies to work as expected the MIC for that setting has to be on in the the aircraft!

  Master Battery Switch ON
  NAV Lights Switch ON
  Master Alternator switch ON
  (Wait for startup to complete approx. 4 minutes
  Avionics Master Switch ON

Please note, When starting the 777 from a cold and dark state the display on the Multi Panel will be blank, DON'T PANIC! It is merely reflecting that there is no power to the MCP in the aircraft and it WILL turn on and you will see the pretty little numbers.

Please note, as additional Saitek hardware support is added (ie Yoke and throttle quadrant), this profile will be updated to reflect those changes.
