I'm unable to update to the latest beta, despite going to application settings > expert > update to beta versions
Is there a reason I can't update to the latest version? Maybe the wrong licence?

Check that your update subscription is not expired and SPAD.neXt recognized the new expiry, in case you renewed it recently.
