Conditional axis mapping

Post by Yanai » 17 Mar 2021, 07:44

Is it possible to add a condition to the axis mapping, to map a lever to a specific axis only when a condition is met? I want to set up my throttle quadrant in a way that the layout is "compressed", so that the first lever always controls the left (or only) throttle, while for example the second lever controls the right throttle, the left pitch, or the left mixture, depending on the aircraft, all that with using only one single profile. I now have done it with scripted events, but there I had to get the axis value from the local variable of the joystick directly instead of the axis where I put the scripted event, so even if I would copy the event from one axis to another, it would still be linked to the old axis. Or is there already another way to do what I want?

Thanks,
Yanai
