FIP not starting

Hi,
I have bought a Saitek FIP and now I am not sure what to do. I got this message when starting spad.next. I read something about driver installation but not sure.

Anybody can help me.

Make sure the fip is suitably powered preferably mains power via a usb2.0 hub and if you haven’t installed the windows hardware driver then you can get a copy here....
