Normalizer usage

Is any of you using the normalizer features?
Like having functions bound to the same offset but using different normalizers?
I think the normalizer-stuff over-complicate things a bit, and pondering if I either should remove them , or offer the Datadefinitions separately for each normalizer.
In later case there would be 2 Datadefinition e.g. for "Altitude of Aircraft" , one in Meter and one in Feet in the Definition-Selection-Tree and for the SimConnect units one could select the unit you want to have
