Remember hardware switch position on load of plane

Post by 737Andi » 27 Sep 2021, 18:03

Hi,

I have just built a switch panel with simple ON-OFF switches, which I use to open and close the doors of the PMDG 737 NGXu under P3D v5.2 by using events.

Everything is working fine except that Spad.Next does not recognize the switch position on load of the plane.
That means the doors stay always closed regardless if the 2-pole switch is in on or off position when Spad.Next is loaded.

I heard from another user that Spad.Next can detect the switch position on startup and open/close the doors accordingly.

Can someone please help me to get this working.

Thank you!

Best regards Andi
