Saitek throttle panel windows 10 drivers interference

Hi,
I'm experiencing this problem: I have a second Saitek throttle panel for managing flaps and fuel flow in Flythemaddog X profile.
When I use it I see that also yoke is moving. At least I've seen that windows 10 has this device in the control panel/device list. When I remove this device (but after Spad.nExt is running) everything works normally.
Anyone has the same problem?
