How convert X/Y centered axis to slider axis?

Post by Tapi » 01 Jul 2021, 14:53

My USB device has two X and Y axis with the center (range let's say -50,0,+50). I would like to use them as the slider axis (range let's say 0,+100). But I did not manage to change this in SPAD .next. Is there any solution how to achieve this?

Add Event -> Custom Axis
Rescale Value: YES
From: 0
To: 100

This will remap device data

Thanks for the tip, unfortunately, It did not help. The problem seems to be only on my MJoy16 devices (see my ticket #568706). These devices seem to be not recognized correctly - half of the buttons are missing in SPAD and Axis are weird. I make a very short vid how Z-axis moves: https://youtu.be/oneLt-vNfio

Though the axis is linear in Windows, in SPAD it starts in the middle of the "thermometer" continues to the far left, and then reappears on the far right and continues back to the center. I am not able to calibrate it in SPAD. All axis of this device has the same weird behavior.
