I'm a little bit desperate.
If I assign a switch, the basic control is retained. When I put the ATC on the light switch, the ATC goes on, but so does the light.

How can I delete or block the basic settings?

no one knows what I mean?! Or how do you manage that?

Are you trying to replace the default action (IE: turning on the light) or assign a new command alongside it? (open ATC)

To remove the default action just highlight it and click 'Delete Action' then add your new command. See screenshot below.
If you want to run this command alongside the existing one, it can be done by making use of the conditions.
For me, I wouldn't set two commands on this type of switch.

My actions list is empty, but the stobes are working with this switch. And if I add an action to the list, the new action works, but strobes go on too.
I don‘t know how to delete the default.

Device settings are all on (send initial switches, swap r/l... and Virtual Power Support)

I got it. Problem was a driver I installed for the panel.
