Program Takes A Long Time To Start

Since the last update the program does not appear to be starting however if I wait long enough (possibly a minute or so) it does start.

Shows up in Task Manager as running although it's not showing as doing so.

Agree with another post that XP11 working well. MS2020 not so much since update.
