Radio Panel Does Light Up Using Spad

Hello all -
I am still in my trail period for SPAD and I am using XP11 and have the multipanel, the radio panel, and the switch panel.
If I use SPAD the radio panel does not light up, but if I do not use SPAD, then it works fine.
In SPAD, when I switch on virtual power, the unit flashes then goes off, and when I get into XP, the display does not work, but turning the dials does change in XP.
If I do not use SPAD, the digits light up and work fine.
Thoughts? I did search for the answer before posting
