I opened the ticket on Jan 22 (almost 20 days ago) but I have not received any response yet.
It's really strange because @cOnnex normally responds quickly to all requests. However, I have not seen him active in the forum in the last few weeks (maybe vacation?).
So, I continue looking forward to an answer. I'll let you know when I get an answer to solve this problem that I believe other X-Plane users are also having (but probably are not aware as we do not usually have the habit of looking at the X-Plane logs often).
