Nav light button on switch panel does not work

Post by Paulvanvondelen » 31 Jan 2016, 13:03

I can not get the Nav light switch button to work on the switch panel. Looking at the display the button does not react to the switching and as such does not respond in the simulator.

Thanks,

Paul.

Work perfect with the "default - FSUIPC base" Profile for the Beach Baron 350.
Attach your not working profile ( Beach King.xml )

Hello,
With the default FSUIPC base setting it also does not work for me (I added the first log with this profile active)
The second one is with the Beech King profile.
Both profiles the button does not react.

Thanks,

Paul.

Erm what do you expect to happen?
Both logfiles show FSUIPC disconnected. If disconnected nothing at all will happen ....

Hello.
In the graphic representation of the device in SPAD I can switch the buttons and I see them change position on the screen (regardless if my simulator is running or not). The NAV light switch does not do anything. The switch does not react at all. I tired both with and without running simulator (so with and without FSUIPC connected).

Thanks.

Tested your profile with FSX and Beech Baron King Air 350.
Nav switch works as expected and toggles navlight in aircraft.

Please provide a logfile, where you only switch the nav switch on the swicth-Panel-Device, nothing else. Simulator must be running of course.

Hello,
I think we can close the topic. After I re-connected my panels to my old PC just to double check if the navigation light switch was working at all, I connected the panels back to my new PC and checked the switch again. Now it gave response both in the Spadnext software as well as in the simulator. Not sure what triggered this but it seems to be working OK now.
Thanks.

Paul.
