Hi all,
I have created a ticket for this but I thought maybe someone here could have an answer.
The issue is that the buttons do not act at all.
The lights work ok.
Any suggestion? If one of you do have this module configured, could you share with me your configuration?

Em. Beginning to wonder myself.
The comment at the top of the forum suggests you can just keep jumping the queue by posting to your ticket, but for people like me who have like 10 tickets going back 5 months I’m just going further down the queue instead of up the queue! Surely tickets should be done in the order they were raised?
Not wanting to chase admin due to illness leaves me in limbo not knowing what to do or what to expect also.
c0nnex I hope your health is improving and you can continue to support SPAD.neXt in some way which doesn’t impact your health and family, but please communicate to the forum for people who have aging tickets.
