Flight Panel with MSFS FBW A32X / default A320

I have a question about the multipanel. Using logitech drivers and plugin, it works fine on all aircrafts, but when I try it on the FBWA32X and the default A320, the panel doesn't work as it should. I can move the physical knobs and the values change in the aircraft, but there are no changes on the device itself. Flaps, auto throttle and pitch trim are working fine on those airplanes, though.
The question is, if I install SPAD, could this issue be fixed?
