Licence and Addon question

Hi all,

My registered copy of SPAD.NEXT is the FSX/P3D v3 version. I notice in the Buy Addons area that there's a MSFX/FSX/P3D option and I wonder if this adds anything that I don't already have? My current version seems to work fine for P3D v4.5 but if it adds functionality I'd be int3erested.
