Spad.next with yoke and throttle

I have used this great program to setup my logitech panels and FIPs. All that works very well. I also have a honeycomb yoke, logitech rudder, and X56 hotas. Currently I have setup those via the MSFS 2020 program options. If I set those up via spadnext do I need to disable them in the MSFS options? Trying to avoid any conflicts. Similar to how I uninstalled the logitech plugin so spadnext would control the fips and other panels. Thank you.
