throttle reversal in fs2020

I am not sure if this is a problem with SPAD or not.
On the Saitek throttle quadrant, the axis is reversed even when I tick the reverse slot in MSFS. I have reconfigured the controls within SPAD and keep getting the same problem. Also noted is that the throttle stops at 90%. If the push the saitek lever up to 100% it automatically drops back to 90%.
I have gone on the forum and tried to get help with this but no one seems to know how to correct the issue.

I have also tried to tweak the sensitivity but still no change. The problem started after the last MSFS update. I think it has been reported as something that has to be addressed in a patch.

Do you have any information or suggestions for me to try.

You will have to decide if you want your Axis to be driven by SPAD OR MSFS. You will have to remove the assignments in either of both.

I also had this issue but as c0nnex has said, you will have to decide what platform controls what you require. I have disabled a lot of fs2020 inputs and rely on Spad.next to do the work. Excellent program.
