Network using Spad 2 purchases?

Can anyone offer some advice on two questions?

1) I want to use Spad.next to control elements of MSFS2020 in server and client simultaneously (For example, assign a pan left/right command to the Saitek yoke in a virtual cockpit that makes all monitors on the network pan left/right at the same time). Is that possible using the Network set up offered by Spad?
2) Will I need two Spad.next accounts for server and client to enable this feature?
