FSUIPC/SimConnectLVAR support

Hello Captains,
Hope someone can help me with my issues.
Running Windows 10, SPAD.neXt 0.9.8.6, and Steam X-Plane 11.50 on the same computer.
When I use the conf. Wizard I set run on same computer and start Wizard
(Step 1 of 7) Sim Det......finds MSFS 2020 and X-Plane 11.0.50.33 -----> Next step
Jumps from step 1 to step 5 of 7 Enable X-plane support and install plugin -----> Next step
Overvieuw and Apply settings.
In Application Settings : Simulation tab: FSUIPC, SimConnect and LVAR are not active. I cant set them ON. FSUIPC and SimConnect are installed.
I can Configure SimConnect Support -----> Connect to local running FSX/P3D and Test Connection----->Connection test failed: Pipe Connection Failed
Trying to Install LVAR Bridge through Config wizzard ----> results in "Runtime Error (at 98:247) No supported simulation (FSX/...ect) found.
