Hi,

I am new to this software and am currently trying to make it work with the PMDG NGXu on P3Dv5 using the Logitech Switch.

As suggested elsewhere and in the quick start guide, I have downloaded an online profile and activated it for the aircraft running in the SImulator.

As seen below, all events are marked as RED in Spad.next an none of the keys work. The only thing that is currently operational is the gear lights/handle.



Is it normal that the events for the lights and other switches are marked red? Any tips on what I should do (different profiles have been tested).

Make sure PMDG Support is enabled in Settings->Application->Simulations
If it's enabled, check Support->Status if the PMDG NGXu reports it's connected.
