Hi,
I am running Spad.next on Xplane 11 with gauges purchased on fipgauges.com and it works great.
If I understand well, Spad.next "translates" the Xplane dataref in simconnect values so that the fipgauges.com can read that.
My issue is this:
for some aircraft I need Spad.next to translate a different dataref to fipgauges.com: I know the dataref but I don't know how to tell Spad.Next.
An example:
the fipgauges.com fuel gauge always reports fuel zero, I need to tell Spad.next to translate
xplane: simcoders/rep/indicators/fuel/fuel_quantity_0
to
simconnect: fuel left quantity
so that the fipgauges.com fuel gauge can read it.
Anyone could help me on that?
Thanks a lot
Andrea

Re: fipgauges.com and xplane 11: please help
That's curently not possible.
The valuetranscribing is currently only available internally.
However, an interface to edit datarefs/mappings/custom fsuipc offeset etc is being worked on and might enter beta stage somewhen this year.

Re: fipgauges.com and xplane 11: please help
No x-plane customer has reported the fuel gauge showing no output and pretty sure this would be working for stock aircraft.
I don’t use one variable I use 12 variables...
FUEL TANK LEFT MAIN LEVEL,PERCENT
FUEL TANK RIGHT MAIN LEVEL,PERCENT
FUEL TANK LEFT AUX LEVEL,PERCENT
FUEL TANK RIGHT AUX LEVEL,PERCENT
FUEL TANK LEFT TIP LEVEL,PERCENT
FUEL TANK RIGHT TIP LEVEL,PERCENT
FUEL TANK CENTER LEVEL,PERCENT
FUEL TANK CENTER2 LEVEL,PERCENT
FUEL TANK CENTER3 LEVEL,PERCENT
FUEL SELECTED QUANTITY PERCENT,Percent
FUEL TANK EXTERNAL1 LEVEL,PERCENT
FUEL TANK EXTERNAL2 LEVEL,PERCENT
Do you not get any output on ANY of the in gauge tank selections ?
Is your aircraft a x-plane aircraft or some third part add-on?
