Does upgrade include new 12 month subscription?

Hi there.
I have an expired subscription on an FSX/P3D licence.
If I upgrade to the complete edition, does that upgrade include a new 12 month subscription, or will I need to purchase that in addition?

Yes, upgrading to Complete Edition includes 12 month of subscription
