Team,

I'm unable to update to the latest beta, despite going to application settings > expert > update to beta versions

Is there a reason I can't update to the latest version? Maybe the wrong licence?

Check that your update subscription is not expired and SPAD.neXt recognized the new expiry, in case you renewed it recently.

hi, I'm using version 0.9.6.54 in trial mode (still more than 10 days to go) but I'm unable to update to 0.9.7.22 beta. when I switch on update to beta versions the application asks to be restarted and after the restarting the update cursor is off again

Updating the trial to latest beta is no longer supported. Trial will stay at LTS-Release Version.
