same offset fsuipc

Post by muffo » 11 Mar 2015, 20:36

Hi Ulrich, and thanks for your job! I beginning to use again my switch saiteck panel, using your beta program. I followed your youtube tutorial to configure my switches. Now I must configure lights switches, but I have this problem...using offset fsuipc, there are some lights that have the same offset ( for example beacon and strobe) and in addition I don't find the offset for taxi and panel light...Can you help me?

Thanks

I noticed this problem already. It will be fixed in the next version.
I don't find the offset for taxi and panel light.
Hmm seems i missed them, can't find them as well. I'll check that and add them to the configuration.

Ok found the Lights.
They are obsucred in "Lights [FS2000+)" Offset "0000:0D0C".
Here the same applies like for Beacon/Strobe. Bit's are currently not supported. Will be implemented asap.

If you search any Offsets, have a look at the files in the conf-Directory (don't alter them though!), they are all in there ;)

c0nnex offset D0C is an 8 bit value , how should we indicate it for say instruments light?, and if another switch uses say bit 4 , what will happen to bit 0 when I set it on?..

As I stated 0.1.0.0 does not support bitfields.
Expect an update for this weekend, in my dev version the lights are working already :-D

Hi Ulrich, today I tried the new version; I followed your tutorial, and I think that it works very good ( for my personal use). I used It with Carenado sr22, and it worked good with it. In the next days, I will try to use it in other general aviation airplanes to see how it behaves. For your information someone is building fsuipc offset for 737 and 747 Ifly.
