problem with pmdg

Good morning i have a problem with pmdg.
The multipanel and pro switch panel do not work, while with other airplanes everything works without problem.
I have insert the indication to sdk but still nothing.
Sim connected is ok....i do not know thank you

Which aircraft 737, 747, 777? Have you tried the Online Profile made by Connex (default - PMDG 737/777)?

Also make sure in the SPAD.Next settings under simulations you have PMDG enabled.

Also make sure the LVAR Bridge is installed
