I have had Spad Next running with FSX SE for a while now and I would like to know how to now include P3D V 3.3.
Do I just rerun the Configuration Wizard?

Just do nothing ;) It will be detected automatically.

Maybe run the aircraft re-indexing ( edit any profile -> Change Aircraft assignment and press the reload button)
