Hi,
I have a strange XP11 issue. I have assigned the (Saitek Cessna) Yoke aileron axis as Standard Aileron axis and the (Saitek Cessna) Pedals as Standard Rudder axis. This works well in the air, however on ground the Yoke steers the plane (also the Pedals, but mostly the Yoke which seem to "override" the Pedals) which is obviously wrong. This is specific to XP (default C172), under Prepar3d it's all okay and only the Pedals are acting while taxiing.
Does anyowe know if the assignments are wrong (and in this case which are the proper assignments)? Or, is there a specific XP setting, some kind of auto-coordination, which I have to switch off? I should admit, this is a networked installation, all controls are plugged into a networked laptop and the control settings in XP itself are empty.
Thanks for any idea from XP experts.
Kind regards, Michael

My Guess is that you don't Have rudder pedals assigned in X-plane so X-plane allows the Aileron Axis to control rudder when on the ground. The obvious answer is to keep your axis assignments for flight controls assigned in X-plane
