if you try to request a trial license or try to activate your registration and you get the following error
The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.
This happens because your system/proxy/firewall/antivirus does not allow SSL-Connections to "update.spadnext.net".
Also make sure your Systemtime is correct.

Possible Problems:
* SPAD.neXt Services are blocked by your Provider
Open https://update.spadnext.net/checkpage.html in your browser and check if you get any error messages. The Page you get should simply say "Works"

* Microsoft Edge Problems
There is a known Problem to activate licenses/request trial keys/access online services, if Microsoft Edge is your default browser. Currently the reason for this behaviour is unknown.
The only workaround known is to make e.g. Chrome/Firefox your default browser.
