Uninstalling the Saitek Drivers in order to use SPAD.neXt does not influence the behavior or X-Plane or the X-Plane Saitek plugins in any form. X-Plane is not using them anyway.
The Saitek driver have to be uninstalled to be able to use SPAD.neXt because they directly connect to FSX using SimConnect, which will lead to unwanted behavior. Alternatively you can kill all Saitek processes manually before starting SPAD.neXt.
Thanks to DirtyDog995 for checking this.
