Sometimes it's very hard to describe what exactly the problem is, so here's how to report a problem in a way that you get support as fast as possible:
- Start SPAD.neXt
- (Start Sim if necessary to show the problem and maybe put it into window mode (ALT-ENTER))
- Reproduce the problem/situation.
- in SPAD.neXt click on Support->Create new ticket (WITHOUT restarting SPAD.neXt or closing the sim!)
- Describe you problem and hit submit.
- You will get an email with the ticket number. Refer to that ticket number (reply to the email or use the support-system) for any further information.
You can also update or close your ticket from inside SPAD.neXt
