It's very vital that I can reproduce the problems reported, else I cannot check for any problems.
Sometimes it's very hard to describe what exactly the problem is, so here's how to report a problem in a way that you get support as fast as possible:
  1. Start SPAD.neXt
  2. (Start Sim if necessary to show the problem and maybe put it into window mode (ALT-ENTER))
  3. Reproduce the problem/situation.
  4. in SPAD.neXt click on Support->Create new ticket (WITHOUT restarting SPAD.neXt or closing the sim!)
  5. Describe you problem and hit submit.
  6. You will get an email with the ticket number. Refer to that ticket number (reply to the email or use the support-system) for any further information.
    You can also update or close your ticket from inside SPAD.neXt
