It's always a good idea to keep up to date with threads you are involved in, this specially is true if you post to the support forum.
I try to answer to support requests within 2 hours, often within minutes, and it will help you a lot if you are notified if this happens.
If you are not visiting the forum regulary, or have an important problem, it's a good idea to change your board preferences to send you an email, when a reply comes in.

To do so, first go to the posting defaults in your profile ( http://www.fsgs.com/forum/ucp.php?i=ucp_prefs&mode=post ) and change the setting of "Notify me upon replies by default" to "yes". This will by default subscribe you to any thread you post to.

Then, switch to the notification options (http://www.fsgs.com/forum/ucp.php?i=ucp ... on_options) and enable email for the notification you want to get via email:

Don't forget to hit "Submit after each change".

In future you will be able to see your support requests from within SPAD.neXt and even be able to open a ticket from with SPAD.neXt
