Online Snippets

I am running MSFS2020 (latest updates) and SpadNext(latest update) and I am trying to configure the Saitek Multipanel.
I have watched several excellent videos on YouTube about this where the authors have the snippets available online. But when i click on Online Snippet button I do not see those snippets. Am I missing some setting in my SpadNext installation?
