Logitech Yoke System mode button

Hello guys,
I just bought Logitech Yoke with throttle quadrant and I'm thinking of buying spadnext.
Is it possible to use mode button in MSFS with spadnext - yoke has mode switch on right, with which you could assign three different function to single button.
And I'm a bit confused and like to check, if I understood it correctly. If I want to use spadnext, I should create new profile for yoke system in msfs and clear all buttons and axis assigments, and then all buttons and axis must be configured in spadnext outside of sim. Is that correct? If so, are there any online community profiles I can download and use for my setup... I'm a bit lazy to start from scratch..
But I'll do it if I must. The main question if mode button is working with spadnext...
