MSFS HOWTO: Move MSFS Data Directory without redownloading 100GB

* exit MSFS
* Check "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\UserCfg.opt" , last line should say "InstalledPackagesPath"
* Move everything in that Directory to new location
* edit %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\UserCfg.opt
* change line InstalledPackagesPath to reflect new location
Done.
