SPAD.Next 0.5 Release

SPAD.neXt 0.5 is now available for download.

* All Panels got a graphics update
* Radio Panel now supported
* FSX Control, Virtual Joysticks and Keyboard are now supported
* Note: BIP Panels are using normalized values now. You might need to reconfigure your BIP configurations.
