RealSimGear

Post by atlbusdriver » 05 Jul 2019, 21:17

Hi, can someone help me with getting my new Realsimgear devices to communicate with spad.next? Mainly the Garmin GCU47X MFD controller and the GFC700 autopilot. It would be great if someone can point me in the right direction for making the buttons and knobs visible to spad.next. These devices can be purchased at realsimgear.com
Thanks

They are not visible in Spad.Next. RealSimGear uses their own plugin to the simulator to send the functions. You would need to ask the RSG guys to implement a mode or profile that would use the new Spad.Next Arduino controller method to create and interface into Spad.next.

I am pretty sure that they use the Mega inside which will not support the HID libraries so they can't make it show up like a Joystick.

My GTN750 is a Mega for sure and it can only work with their plugin.
