Switches are mechanical switches. They will "work" even if there is no power. Even in the real aircraft.
If you want the switches to do nothing when the aircrafdt is not powered, add a condition for Master Battery and Voltage

Most likely some Antivirus on your system preventing of loading a necessary file

If it's changed for Script panel it will be effective for all suitable panels where events can be clusstered.

End Processing curently only works if exactly the same data is used in the conditions.
But a good point to change that for the script panel. (Added to ToDo)
