just means SPAD doesn't know if the switch is in the off or on position. Flick the switches and it will go out. It is a tad annoying, but you can safely ignore them

I occasionally loose connections like the switch panel I mentioned above, but unplugging the hub USB cable and the HUB power makes no difference, until I unplug and replug the device USB going into the same hub port.
