Re: propwashsim.com
I see their dual encoders on eBay all the time. I bought some not too too long ago. They work great. I would call them Half Steps. So 2 steps per click. They work well with the Joystick Sketch that was linked in the Arduino thread. Also the newer knobs are metal and have set screws so they are firml...

I must have a play with an arduino got some amazon vouchers for my birthday so might get one Daz Make sure you get the Leonardo or the Micro -- basically make sure it is the 32u4 Micro and not t...

Re: Arduino controller - Building a GPS
Update 3: . @Oz Flyer http://www.simwarekits.com/downloads.html Those guys are selling a kit with all of the parts needed (well for use with X-Plane) but you have to source the screen and then get the files 3D printed. Not sure if they care as it is just a download on their main page. I got the fil...

Re: Error while starting SPAD.neXt
there is another thread that talks about a weird registry edit that is needed sometimes. Sorry I threw away FSX a while ago and went to P3D and for fun the odd FSW flight. Anytime I had these weird non start issues I always deleted the config file and let it start over. Re configured and went on my ...

Re: Saitek Rudder Pedal Brakes
I have had a similar issue in the past when an old profile was loaded -- basically flying a plane I had not flown in a long time and that profile was not loaded since an update.
I just deleted the assignments and then re-added them and all worked like they should. I had the identical symptoms.

Re: VRInsight GPS5
Have the same unit -- It does not show up and requires it's own software to be running. I did submit a request for support of this product. I did that through the Span.NEXT software. I too would like to not have to run the VR software and just run Spad.Next for it.

Re: Will Spad Fix my problem?
Spad.next works with P3Dv4.1 -- Stock Planes and the Add-on that I have using LVARS. I have FIPS, Panels and Controllers all work great. Make sure you uninstall all of the Logitech and Saitek drivers as no need for those.
