I assume you have disabled those axis controls with FSX. (Elevator, Aileron, Throttle etc). You will need to leave the rudder configured in FSX or FSUIPC as I don't thing Spad.neXt will control CH Pedals. I use THROTTLE SET and MIXTURE set on the Carenado C152 and these give me full range of movement.

I can upload my C152 profile if you like although I have 2 throttles and have them set up a little oddly.
