Re: Dovetail Games Flight School.
I had one crash within the menus with the simulator just closing into Nirvana. The controls menu is a joke (...not a yoke). The names of my "Saitek Cessna Pro Flight Yoke" etc. are too long to fit into the boxes, thus they all read "Saitek Cessna Pro Flight". Did anyone ever test this? The scollbars...

Re: Dovetail Games Flight School.
Even at the danger of going offtopic again: While I didn't find time to try FlightSchool yet, I gave AeroflyFS 2 a chance during the last days. It's Early Access and definitely not yet ready (no buildings autogen), however the photo scenery looks really beautifully and the airports are well-done, Pe...

Re: Dovetail Games Flight School.
its all ESP and simconnect (I believe), so should be a doddle for SPAD to support ;-) ha ha Really? That would be more then great, but I have to see it to believe it. In any case, the rendering/aircraft engine has no connection to FSX/ESP. It grew out of their RC simulators, later became the aerofl...

Re: Dovetail Games Flight School.
The more interesting toy - IMHO - will be this one: http://store.steampowered.com/app/434030 I had version 1 which was lacking world-wide scenery, had very sparse autogen and didn't support any Saitek gear beyond yoke and pedals. According to IPACS version 2 will (now or later) support all usual add...

Re: Dovetail Games Flight School.
I am sorry, but as far as I recall Flight was neither 64 bit nor DX11. See the minimum requirements directly from the source
https://www.microsoft.com/games/flight/
Win XP(not 64) and DX9.0c
Kind regards, Michael

Re: Dovetail Games Flight School.
Actually, the base engine is not MS Flight but FSX (...if that matters). Otherwise I agree, it seems to have inherited quite a number of annoyances from MS legacy; vector roads cutting through houses, frame-drops, autogen popping, and all that. Nonetheless I'll try it - as time permits - and would b...

Re: Dovetail Games Flight School.
I have it pre-ordered, too. I saw the file structure of a pre-release build and this had a Simconnect.dll, but no one knows if this will be part of the release version. Daz, there will be no add-on content at all for Flight School, but for DT's Full Simulator due at the end of this year. Kind regard...

Re: Yoke and other controls networked?
Hi Daz, I had this configured as a keypress in FSUIPC before, too, and it had been working for ages.
Thanks for looking into it, Michael

Re: Yoke and other controls networked?
Thanks zkiwi, I tried your code, but it doesn't work on my system either. Besides, I am a bit surprised to see <Keys>RMenu</Keys> while usually the key left from the spacebar together with the Return key toggles fullscreen/windowed. Anyway, I tried it as is and it does nothing. As did my own approac...
