Has the Multi Panel ever worked with FSX?

I have a Saitek Yoke, found no problem in changing the Hat Switch functions. When I click on the hat switch and click ADD EVENT, get an option of 16 variables. Are you using a Joystick or a Yoke.

Since the previous problems with USB Powered Hubs, I investigated the actual current drain on the Saitek equipment.
