Re: Some help required: Programming
Hi c0nex, Thank you for your response. Indeed, I had tried that setting too - it works, but not quite as I would like it. My intention is to mimic the mouse actions, in other words, when battery is turn ON the DIM lights and the bottom row on the annunciator turn ON. When the switch is set further (...

Some help required: Programming
Hi, I have previously posted a couple of questions and luckily by fiddling, managed to find a solution or work around. This is what I have done so far to use a switch G7 in the TPM to actuate the A2A C172 Annunciator panel from DIM to BRT , but only if the Battery is ON My setting below : TPM G7: Sw...

Re: Assigning an LVAR to a TPM switch
Well, my impatience has paid off. I got it resolved. The LVAR chosen was CONTROLSLOCKLEVER with "Operation= set" and "Value=1 for ON and =0 for OFF". Now, to the next task. Programmed the Saitek Trim Wheel using "Decrement/Increment ELEVATOR TRIM PCT by 1". Although it works, it is very sensitive. T...

Assigning an LVAR to a TPM switch
Hi, I need a little help here, please. SQUAWK= 7700!! I already have assigned three toggle switches to the A2A C172 using LVARs: the PARKINGBRAKE, FUELCUT-OFF and LEFTWINDOW. The problems I'm having is that I have been unable to get the CONTROLSLOCK LVAR to actually do the job. It works fine with mo...

Re: First time installation
Thank you. All resolved. All of the Saitek gear is programmed and working. Now, learning the little tricks. One question though, how do I get Spadnext to start automatically when I start FSX:SE? The procedure at present is to open "Steam" and then click on "FSX"; I was expecting "SpadXt" to open by ...

First time installation
Hi.
I'm about to install SpadNext software in my brand-new system. A dumb question though; is it necessary to have the Saitek hardware connected when running the wizard for the first time? The instructional video only request is to have the simulator (in my case, FSX:SE) running.
Thank you.

Re: Software installation
Hi, Thank you for your response. I was a little impatient and originally installed the software in C: and it seemed to work ok. After reading your post, I un-installed it using the 'unins000.exe'. I downloaded the latest version (v.0.9.6.25) and proceeded to install it with no hassle. But there is a...
