When the multipanel is switched of (most of the time couple with the avionic switch), the flaps trigger is not effective anymore.
Knowing flaps command is independant of avionic state, would it be possible to dissociate that in SPADNext?

This is already on the todo list.
In 0.7 it will be possible to make any switch/button have a different "powered/unpowered" setting if needed. (if not assigned the panel-event will be used)
