The first version of SPAD had a feature built in to start the program on windows startup.
I am very new to SPAD.NEXT and haven't found a setting to enable this (perhaps it already exists?)
So i'm wondering if someone can point me to the setting if it exists or maybe it could be added in an update?

Re: Start SPAD on windows startup
That's currently only possible by adding it to teh autostart group. I'll put it on the Todo-List

Re: Start SPAD on windows startup
If you fsuipc in the file fsuipc.ini you rejoin a line of the software that you want to open at the same time as fsx and when you close fsx everything closes on its own.
Example:
[Programs]
RunIf1 = READY, CLOSE, C: \ Program Files \ SPAD.neXt \ SPAD.neXt.exe
RunIf2 = READY, CLOSE, C: \ OpusFSI \ FSISERVER.EXE
RunIf3 = READY, CLOSE, C: \ Program Files (x86) \ FSPS \ FSX Fiber Accelerator \ FSX Fiber Accelerator.exe
RunIf4 = READY, CLOSE, C: \ Program Files \ Airports \ Airports.exe
RunIf5 = READY, CLOSE, C: \ fsxwx \ fsxwx.exe
Everything is wonderful

Re: Start SPAD on windows startup
This is not recommended. FSUIPC closes the programs just by killing them. This can render your complete SPAD.neXt installation useless, if that happens in the middle of e.g. saving configuration.

Re: Start SPAD on windows startup
You should be able to just add SPAD.neXt to the Windows startup folder. How this is done depends on which Windows OS you are using. I have not tried this with SPAD.neXt but have used it with other programs on WIN95, 98, 2000, XP and Win7.
