SimConnect: ERROR: Network connection lost

Hi,

I've just bought a registered version to use simconnect to connect my saitek devices to P3Dv3 on a remoted computer.
SimConnect seems to be correctly configured (ASN and PlanG works perfectly on that remoted computer)

The problem is with SPADNext. When I use the wizard, the connection test is ok. But after I lost the connection as written at the button of SPADNext window.

Any idea?

This can have 1.000.000 reasons.

Does it reconnect again?
The Sim will automatically disconnect any clients if an error occurs. Normally SPAD.neXt should reconnect again after 15 seconds.

Hmm strange. looks like P3D is disconnecting SPAD.neXt. I'll investigate that tomorrow

When starting P3D and SpadNext, everything works. But if I switch aircraft, the change is not noticed by SpadNext. And after several action (lights, gear,...) I loose the connection. SpadNext try to reconnect but without success. Meanwhile, ASN, PlanG still have a connection with P3D.

I've tried to check and clean my network (fix IP, firewall, etc...) reinstall simconnect (FSX, FSX-SP1, FSX-AP,...ESP, P3DV3 SDK). No improvement.

When you have time to have look, it will be very helpful. I don't know what you need. I may join SPAD.log, Simconnect.log, FSUIPC.log

It might be related to all the changes they did in Prepar3D v3.
I'll look into that as soon as I have time.

If you restart SPAD.neXt after the connection died, does it connect again?

No

More precisly, it connects to recognize the aircraft and light up the panels and then connection lost

Please send all log you can gather (SPAD.neXt/FSUIPC/SimConnect) via email (support@ .... ). Since I don't own v3 yet I'll have to rely on logfiles.
Also I'll send instruction via PM how to create a SPAD.neXt debug-logfile.

Hello,

I've tried several things:
Desactivate firewall on both pc: no improvement
Connect Simconnect via wifi instead of cable: same problem

In the simconnect.log I have no error until SpadNext is on and lost connection. Then every 15 sec, I have the same "disconnected!" exception=3 sendID=5, Index=2

And at the same time, ASN, PlanG and Aivalsoft EFB (try version for 1 month) have connection. So it's more a specific disconnection between SPADNext and Simconnect than a general disconnection.

Let me know if you have any tips after your research. Personnaly, I have no idea

I did some changes to the network code in Fixup 4. Let me know if it's any better
